What should I do if my package is lost or damaged in-transit?
      While we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely for you, we recognize that sometimes things happen. We understand how frustrating it may be, which is why we offer shipping protection on all of our products. Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or a free return.
      If you experience any issues with your package, please contact us, and we will make the situation right. Please make sure to reach out to us within a few days of the delivery date. 
      Lost Items: If you have received a notification that your package has been delivered, but you can’t find it, please check your surroundings and with your household members, neighbors, or your building manager. If you still haven’t located your package, please allow at least hours before contacting us -- in some cases, packages are marked as delivered prior to their arrival. 
      *Please note that refunds, replacements, and free returns will not be granted for damage to the packaging alone. 
My order said it was delivered, but I couldn't find it. What should I do?
      First, check your surroundings and with your household members, neighbors, or your building manager if they have received your package on your behalf. For example, packages may be delivered to the back door, etc.  
      If you still aren’t able to locate your package, contact your local office and providing them with your order tracking number.
